46:31-2. Brand, label or mark required All goods, wares, and merchandise made by convict labor in any jail, penitentiary, prison, reformatory, or other establishment in this state shall be branded, labeled, or marked as provided in this chapter before being exposed for sale, and shall not be so exposed without such brand, label or mark.
