§ 46-38-35

46:38-35. Delivery of notice A delivery of a notice to a person under this act may be effected either (a) by personal delivery to the person, (b) by personal delivery at his residence to a member of his household who has attained 14 years of age, or (c) by registered or certified mail addressed to his residence.
