46:39-5. Applicability This act shall apply to all corporations authorized by law to keep, maintain and rent out for hire safe-deposit boxes or other receptacles for the safekeeping of personal property. Nothing herein shall limit the rights, remedies, duties or powers of any corporation in keeping, maintaining and renting out for hire safe-deposit boxes or other receptacles for the safekeeping of personal property as otherwise provided by law.
