§ 47-1-6

47:1-6. Maps; requirements prerequisite to filing in certain offices 47:1-6. No map, plat, plan or chart of lands, required or that may be required by law to be filed, or that may be presented to the county clerk, register of deeds and mortgages or surrogate in any county of this State, shall be received for filing unless the same shall be made upon translucent tracing cloth, with fast-colored, waterproof ink and be accompanied by a cloth-print duplicate.
