48:13A-7.33. Rules, regulations by department for regulatory reform 10. Within 180 days of the effective date of P.L.2003, c.169 (C.48:13A-7.24 et al.), the department shall adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act and to implement the regulatory reforms enacted herein.
