Badges for passenger train and station employees Every conductor, brakeman, engineer, baggage-master or other servant of a railroad company employed on a passenger train or at a station for passengers, shall wear upon his hat or cap a badge indicating his office and the initial letters of the company by which he is employed. No conductor or collector without such badge shall demand or receive any fare or ticket or exercise any of the powers of his office, and no officer or servant without such badge shall meddle or interfere with any passenger, his baggage or property.
