48:12-66. Powers vested in board of public utility commissioners and courts All the powers, supervision, regulation of, jurisdiction and control over public utilities granted by chapter 2 of this title (s. 48:2-1 et seq.) are hereby vested in the board of public utility commissioners and courts of this state as may be necessary to carry into effect the provisions of sections 48:12-61 to 48:12-67 of this title.
