48:12-78. Determination of disputes Any dispute arising under sections 48:12-68 to 48:12-77 of this title may be submitted to the board of public utility commissioners, which is hereby authorized to determine the same. Its determination shall be final and conclusive subject to review provided by law by the courts of this state.
