48:12-92.1. Condemnation Any railroad utility meeting the requirements of section 48:12-91 and after obtaining the consent and approval required by said section, may exercise the power of eminent domain as provided in sections 48 and 49 hereof in acquiring real estate and personal property necessary and useful for the purposes of 48:12-91.
