48:13-10. Construction of works; laying pipes and conduits Every sewerage company organized under the laws of this State may build, alter, repair, enlarge and maintain all necessary works and apparatus within or without such municipality, and lay all such pipes and conduits for sewerage at such times and in such places as shall be necessary and proper for its corporate purposes.
