§ 48-14-13

48:14-13. Time for commencement and completion of dams, canals and raceways Every steam and water power company organized under the laws of this State shall commence its proposed dams and works within 2 years from the date of its organization, and complete the dams and cut or acquire its main canals or raceways within 3 years from the date of commencement aforesaid.
