48:15-26. Relocation before completion of extension or new line When the location of the route of the extension of any railway or of any new line shall have been made under this chapter, the company may, at any time before the extension or new line shall have been completely constructed, relocate the same or any part thereof in accordance with the provisions of this chapter applicable to the original location thereof in the same manner and under the same conditions as though the extension or new line or part thereof to be relocated had never been located.
