§ 48-15-33

48:15-33. Right to maintain poles, wires and conduits Every such municipal consent shall be deemed to include the right to construct, erect, use and maintain such poles, wires, conduits and other structures and appliances as shall be appropriate or necessary to operate the street railway with the power designated in the petition therefor.
