§ 48-15-43

48:15-43. Substitution deemed compliance with franchise The operation of substituted vehicles for street cars as provided in sections 48:15-41 and 48:15-42 of this title shall be considered for all purposes as a compliance with the franchise for the operation of street cars, and shall not operate as an abandonment of any such franchise.
