48:2-24.1. Ratification of unauthorized discontinuance Any discontinuance, curtailment, abandonment or change in passenger service heretofore authorized by the State Highway Commissioner without approval of the Board of Public Utility Commissioners which would have been authorized under the provisions of section 1 of this act is hereby ratified and confirmed and from the effective date of this act shall be subject to the provisions of this act.
