48:2-32.2b. Complementary requirements This amendatory and supplementary act shall not be construed as limiting notice requirements, per se, to the hearings and investigations set forth in section 3 hereof but, rather, shall be construed as complementing any other public utility notice requirements, and other notice requirements, pertaining to the Board of Public Utilities, which are provided by law.
