48:2-94 Definitions relative to BPU Business Ombudsman. 3. As used in this act: 'Act' means the 'BPU Business Ombudsman Act.' 'Board' means the Board of Public Utilities. 'Business project or activity' means a new commercial or industrial business or enterprise or the expansion or improvement of an existing commercial or industrial business or enterprise in this State. 'BPU Business Ombudsman' means the person appointed by the President of the Board pursuant to section 4 of this act. L.2005,c.215,s.3.
