48:3-17.3a. Notice of development applications 6. Within 30 days after the effective date of this act, the Board of Regulatory Commissioners shall notify the corporate secretary of every public utility regulated by the board that, in order to receive notice by an applicant pursuant to subsection h. of section 7.1 of P.L.1975, c.291 (C.40:55D-12), the public utility shall register with any municipality in which the utility has a right-of-way or easement.
