49:2B-12. Temporary bonds 12. Until permanent refunding bonds can be prepared, the issuing officials may, in their discretion, issue in lieu of the permanent refunding bonds, temporary refunding bonds in a form and with privileges as to registration and exchange for permanent refunding bonds as may be determined by the issuing officials.
