5:10A-4 References mean and refer to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. 4. On and after the effective date of P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-1 et al.), any reference in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, or document to the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission or the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission shall mean and refer to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority as established by section 4 of P.L.1971, c.137 (C.5:10-4), as modified by P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-1 et al.), also referred to herein as the 'commission.'
