5:10A-66 Addition, alternate method. 66. Sections 1 through 68 of P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-1 through C.5:10A-68) shall be deemed to provide an additional and alternative method for effectuating the purposes authorized thereby, and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powers conferred by other laws, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of any powers now existing.
