§ 5-10-13

5:10-13. Personal liability Neither the members of the authority nor any person executing bonds or notes issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on such bonds or notes by reason of the issuance thereof. L.1971, c. 137, s. 13, eff. May 10, 1971.
