Set-aside contract goals The authority is authorized and directed to establish, prior to initiating any project on or after the effective date of this 1987 amendatory and supplementary act, small business, minority business and women's business set-aside contract goals and procedures in accordance with the provisions of the 'Set-Aside Act for Small Businesses, Female Businesses, and Minority Businesses,' P.L. 1983, c. 482 (C. 52:32-17 et seq.).
