5:12-129.5 Notification to person involved in transaction prohibited, fourth degree crime. 5. Any person who is required to file a report of a suspicious transaction pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of P.L.1999, c.352 (C.5:12-129.1) shall not notify a person involved in the transaction that the transaction has been reported. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L.1999,c.352,s.5.
