5:12-14.3. 'Creditor' 'Creditor' --The holder of any claim, of whatever character, against a person, whether secured or unsecured, matured or unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, absolute, fixed or contingent. L.1978, c. 7, s. 3, eff. March 17, 1978.
