5:12-145.2. Calculation of income 2. For the purpose of determining the amount of investment income to be credited to the 'Casino Revenue Fund,' the State Treasurer shall calculate the average rate of earnings from the State's general investments during each fiscal year and apply that rate to the average daily balance of the fund during that fiscal year.
