5:12-193 Casino simulcasting permitted. 3. It shall be lawful for a casino to conduct casino simulcasting with any in-State sending track and with any out-of-State sending track in accordance with the provisions of this act, the applicable regulations of the New Jersey Racing Commission and the Division of Gaming Enforcement and any joint regulations of these commissions promulgated pursuant to this act.
