5:12-2.2 'Annuity jackpot guarantee.' 3. 'Annuity jackpot guarantee' -- A financial arrangement established in accordance with the rules of the division to assure that all payments that are due to the winner of an annuity jackpot are actually paid when due regardless of the future financial stability of the slot system operator that is responsible for making such payments.
