5:12-231 Law subject to provisions of C.52:14D-1 et seq.; exceptions. 17. P.L.2011, c.18 (C.5:12-218 et al.) shall be subject to the provisions of the 'State Agency Transfer Act,' P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.), except as may otherwise be provided under P.L.2011, c.18. L.2011, c.18, s.17.
