5:12-35 'Operation certificate.' 35. 'Operation certificate' - A certificate issued by the division which certifies that operation of a casino and, if applicable, a simulcasting facility conforms to the requirements of this act and applicable regulations and that its personnel and procedures are efficient and prepared to entertain the public.
