5:13-10. Provisions of act cumulative with defenses under Tort Claims Act The provisions of this act are cumulative with the defenses available to a public entity or public employee under the New Jersey Tort Claims Act (P.L.1972, c. 45, C. 59:1-1 et seq.). L.1979, c. 29, s. 10, eff. Feb. 22, 1979.
