5:3-14. Submission of plans for booths; fees The board or body in any municipality having supervision over the erection of buildings, shall prescribe the details for the submission of plans and specifications and their approval, the inspection of booths and their approval and the issuance of certificates under this article and shall fix the fees to be paid for such certificates and inspection.
