§ 5-3-40

5:3-40. Chief inspector and other employees; employment The department, in accordance with the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, shall employ a chief inspector and such additional inspectors and other employees as may be necessary to administer and enforce this act.
