5:3-49. Rules and regulations on safe operating procedures The department shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations on safe operating procedures which, inter alia, shall include the requirement that a ride operator be at least 16 years of age, that he operate no more than one ride at any given time, and that he be in attendance at all times that said ride is in operation.
