5:5-161 Interstate Compact for Horse Racing Licensees. 1. The Interstate Compact for Horse Racing Licensees is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in the form substantially as herein provided. L.2006,c.4,s.1.
