5:5-95. Acquisition of Garden State Racetrack by Sports and Exposition Authority; suspension Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1978, c. 1 (C. 5:10-27 et seq.) to the contrary, the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority shall not acquire the Garden State Racetrack during the period of one year following the effective date of this act.
