§ 5-8-1-1

5:8-1.1. Method of transfer of commission to department of law and public safety The transfer of the commission to the Department of Law and Public Safety as provided by this act shall be effected pursuant to the 'State Agency Transfer Act,' P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1972, c. 96, s. 2, eff. July 18, 1972.
