5:8-51.2. Amusement and recreation licenses; exemption from raffles licensing law Senior citizen associations or clubs holding, operating and conducting games of chance solely for the amusement and recreation of its members under a special license shall not be subject to the provisions of P.L. 1954, c. 5 (C. 5:8-50 et seq.).
