§ 5-8-54

5:8-54. Duration of license; games within Bingo Licensing Law No license for the holding, operation or conduct of any game or games of chance shall be issued under this act which shall be effective for a period of more than 1 year and no license shall be issued under this act for the holding, operation and conduct of any game or games of chance which may be licensed under the Bingo Licensing Law.
