5:8-84. Hearing appeals The commissioner shall hear appeals from the determinations and action of the municipal governing bodies in connection with the refusal to issue licenses and the suspension and revocation of licenses in the manner prescribed by said law and the action and determination of the commissioner upon any such appeal shall be binding upon the municipal governing body and all parties thereto.
