5:8-99. Effective dates; operative upon enactment by legislature and approval by voters of Amusement Games Licensing Law This act shall take effect immediately but shall be inoperative unless and until an 'Amusement Games Licensing Law' is enacted by the Legislature and is approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting on the question of such approval at a general election.
