5:9-22.11 Construction of act. 7. Nothing in this act, P.L.2017, c.98 (C.5:9-22.5 et al.), shall be construed as a waiver of the sovereign immunity of the State or a relinquishment of the sovereign powers of the State. The Superior Court of New Jersey shall have exclusive original jurisdiction and venue over all matters arising from this act. L.2017, c.98, s.7.
