5:9-22.4 Higher education capital improvement, eligibility for State aid through lottery proceeds. 9. For the purposes of P.L.1970, c.13 (C.5:9-1 et seq.), any capital improvement fund established to provide grants to New Jersey's four-year public and private institutions of higher education for the renewal, renovation, improvement, expansion, construction, and reconstruction of facilities and technology infrastructure shall be considered eligible for State aid from the net proceeds of the State lottery, as shall be provided by law.
