50:1-36 Costs of inspection. 50:1-36. The commissioner shall charge, and collect in advance, for the issuance of such permission, such sum of money as may be necessary to defray the cost of the inspection, examination and certification. Amended 1979, c.199, s.26; 2007, c.338, s.22.
