§ 50-3-10

50:3-10 Title to lands under tidal waters. 50:3-10. Nothing in this Title shall strengthen, confirm or verify the title of any person to any lands lying under the tidal waters of the Delaware River or Delaware Bay, above the southwest line. Amended 2007, c.338, s.50.
