50:3-16.13 Taking of shellfish in Areas Nos. 2 and 3. 13. It shall be lawful to catch and take shellfish in that portion of the Delaware Bay, hereinbefore described as Areas Nos. 2 and 3, upon compliance with the provisions of this Title and any rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.
