50:3-16.22 Applications for license; filing, recording. 22. All applications for licenses for Area No. 1 and for Areas Nos. 2 and 3 made under P.L.1966, c.52 (C.50:3-16.1 et seq.) shall be filed, and all licenses issued under P.L.1966, c.52 (C.50:3-16.1 et seq.) shall be recorded, in books to be kept for those purposes by the department.
