50:3-20.12 Term of license. 3. Such license, when issued, shall authorize the licensee to operate the oyster shucking house therein named or to engage in and conduct the business of an oyster planter or an oyster dealer, as the case may be, for the term of one year beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31 of the year issued.
