50:3-20.22 Rules and regulations. 13. The commissioner may adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations for the carrying out of the purposes of, and enforcement of, the provisions of P.L.1945, c.39 (C.50:3-20.10 et seq.).
