§ 51-1-10

51:1-10. Sale of milk or cream All milk, skimmed milk or cream, except such as may be bought or sold either by weight or on the butter fat basis, shall be sold, offered for sale or received for the purpose of sale by the liquid gallon, or the liquid quart or the proper and complete liquid subdivisions thereof.
